Health is the most important thing in the world, without health, you can’t do anything. It includes sleep, diet, sports, relax.. but most importantly, its to overcome bad habits. for example:

- build some truly hobbies

Eye too tired
- 看手机时间太长,眼睛最近很不舒服

- 少看手机
- 用蒸汽眼罩

Sleep too late

- Start to go bed at 4am
- then read for 10min
- then social media with reddit for 2h+
- then feel anxious(crisis of getting up or pointless life), tired, and uncomfortable(caused my position of laying is just not right, too lazy to sit, caused my body lack of sports), but can’t relax for sleep
- then restart to social media with infi information, then think a lot as inspiration
- too tired, then sleep
- feel tired tomorrow, and do nothing until late night
solution
- start bed ealier 30mins than before
- try to read before bed/sleep
- decrease time on reddit or other
- try to use wakingup to replace these
- follow sleep-better
- try to write journal before sleep

- I can’t stop reading these shit on phones.
- Sometimes feel anxious about inaccurate and unsafety. a bit of negative thought in the root of my mind.
solution:
Maybe I need a

to watch Tv or read website when I am boring???
- Try to turn off phone when I need to focus/relax
- listen some good music, like 8bit or Lana Del Rey
- follow mental health or follow better life guide
I think internet is random, I sometimes feel lost on the road to suit my needs from outworld, but just need to open another door, it existed. or try to write what I am thinking, these dot have a center that connected with me.
Reading and fitness are tough, need energy, I can’t start caused I am low-energy, so I need to do a little bit everyday.
Not enough sports

- I try to plan to go to gym, a good start! I love it before, I will love it again!
- 阶段性:一周出门2次,找一个合适的时间点
- 长期: 搬家

Sitting position

- desk height and dispaly height are not comfortable
- 久坐
- 有时候工作入迷(发癫)会停不下来; 有时候心情差, 也不想起来
solution:
- find some right position for sitting or what’s wrong ones?
- follow what is the correct posture?
- keep fitness to build some muscles on back
